After more than a decade serving Florida communities for a large publicly traded company, I recognized that my Florida clients would be better supported by a locally based firm with deeper community focus and greater flexibility. During my tenure, I supported more than 75 Florida jurisdictions through the implementation of dozens of fire and non‑fire special assessments, impact fee programs, and a wide range of revenue and rate studies.
